According to complexity fore of the junction of reinforced concrete hollow plank hinged joints,variation of factors altered and the disfigure caused by "single force".It is important to acaurately mimic the model of the hinge joint failure,correct method and prevent "single force" disfigure,and choose more scientific and reasonable measures of hinge joint prevention, according to the failure mechism so that bridge building is safe,reliable and smooth.This paper analyzes which model force of reinforced concrete hollow plank joint is given,and how works,simulates numbers with the program of room finite element,and proposes controlling measures of preventions of hollow plank hinge joint failure.Based on actual project in Inner Mongolia provincial highway,applied the specific measures to prevent hollow plank hinge joint failure,through the adoption of concreting in the failure part,cross-connect steel hinge sutural.Fully oscillations while pouring the hinge concrete,roughd the top plank,removed the floating pulp and strengthened adhere between the bonding of waterproofing concrete pacement and lane coverer,which make it overall joint force.All above,great results reached that has a reference for similar projects.
