Run-time environment test platform of commercial vehicle is simulating commercial operation condition indoor.lt is a test equipment which is engaged in the vehicle steering stability, comfort and safety. This test platform is formed in one of the equipment with machine, hydraulic and electronic controlling technology, and it can accomplish lifting, side tumbling and yawing, rocking movement. The significance of designing and building run-time environment test platform of commercial vehicle is important. The equipment can simulate and reproduced the external factors of commercial vehicle running state in laboratory environment, which is to study the influence of structure, suspension and chassis. Through the experiment of complete tower fell to fall can study on the deformation of vehicle and protection of crew, etc.Firstly, this paper discusses the significance of study of stability, smooth and safty of commercial vehicle, which is based on the research and development of run-time environment test platform. The paper established the vehicle yawing 4-dof kinematics model and rocking 4-dof kinematics model to study the yawing and rocking kinematics of commercial vehicle and simulated in matlab.Secondly, based on test platform design requirements and testing purposes, the paper ensured the function of the test platform and designed its structure. The designing requirements of the test platform include function realization, safety, reliability, efficiency, etc. The function of the test platform including yawing movement around with the Z axis of vehicle, rocking movement around with the X axis of vehicle, side tumbling and complete tower fell to fall. The test platform structure design mainly including the structural analysis and material selection, etc. Based on the functional requirements of the test platform, the paper analysed and designed the hydraulic system, and selected of the components of hydraulic, which completed the hydraulic system design of the test platform.Finally, the paper developed the control system of test platform. The system includes signal processing circuits and parallel port communication, which is based on MC9S12DG128B freescale chip. The paper designed the main interface of hydraulic control system, which is based on LAB VIEW.
