| The continuous development of economy and technology has made the technical level of road maintenance machinery increasingly higher.As the support of mechanized maintenance,the chassis mechanism can not only provide the necessary traction for the road machinery,but also make the machine travel at a predetermined speed in the prescribed direction.Impact.At present,China’s highway maintenance must be equipped with different special machinery for different maintenance operations,so there are many kinds of special machinery equipped.Most highway maintenance methods have the form of intermittent operation,which causes some equipment to be idle for a long time and the utilization rate is very low.By designing a modified vehicle platform,the same chassis can be adapted to at least two different operation forms,to achieve "one machine with multiple uses",and to complete the operation safely,efficiently,reliably and stably.This paper analyzes the operation form of highway maintenance machinery,researches and designs the electro-hydraulic control system of the wheeled engineering modified vehicle platform that can meet the requirements of "one machine with multiple uses".The platform structure selects the second-class car chassis,uses a single engine as the power output source,and uses a full power power take-off to provide power to the platform’s walking system and operating system.The platform walking hydraulic system is a closed system,which is powered by a variable pump using an electric proportional servo feedback control method;the operating hydraulic system is an open hydraulic system,which divides the system into two circuits,and each n actuators form a circuit The double gear pump provides power for the two circuits,so that the designed circuit can ensure that there are always at least two actuators in the circuit,which is conducive to the uniform load of the pump and the compound action of the actuators.The schematic diagram of the platform hydraulic system is designed,and the main power components of the system are calculated and selected.The hydraulic system was modeled and simulated with AMESim software.The simulation results show that the theoretical calculation results meet the requirements.By analyzing the operating conditions of highway maintenance machinery,the input / output signals of the platform’s electronic control system are determined,the control node assignment map is given,and the software and hardware of the electronic control system are designed and selected.The research of this platform provides a theoretical basis for road maintenance machinery manufacturers and has certain guiding significance. |
