With the innovation and development of production management and management theory,production management theory in our country has already formed a relatively perfect system.In this article,we first apply the theory and method of production management to the production management and field management of W products,starting from the characteristics of the production management,a detailed process management for the production of W products is illustrated.Then,this paper focuses on the research on the productivity improvement of a photoelectric device.The lean production,bottleneck theory and other basic principles of knowledge are applied for field capacity quantitative analysis.Combined with the specific characteristics of photoelectric devices with many working procedures,long production hours and low output,several processes of the device which need to be improved urgently in capacity increase are analyzed.At the same time,the achievements of the research are introduced.We improve the work efficiency,complete the research target,improve the production capacity of the bottleneck process,and solve the contradiction between supply and demand.Statistical process control(SPC)technology is a powerful tool to keep the production line stable and reduce the quality fluctuation,which can effectively improve the product yield and reliability.In the last part,this paper focuses on the collection of sealing temperature and vacuum degree data of photoelectric devices in the existing process state,calculation and analysis of process capability index of the process,process adjustment and improvement.The process is adjusted and improved through calculation and analysis of process capability index.Through the calculation of process capability index,the result is more than 1.33(The yield rate is over 99.99%),and the research goal is achieved.The reasonable control chart is selected in the study to monitor the parameters of the working procedure.When the process is out of control,we analyze the reasons and correct the preventive measures in time to ensure the consistency and stability of the process and improve the yield of the process.In this study,the production capacity of a certain type of photoelectric device has been improved,and the statistical process control technology is applied to the control of key processes.In general,good results have been achieved.This study improves the possibility for the application of control technology and its application in photoelectric devices.It has certain application value.
