Primary Study For Planning Design Strategy Of Mountain City Shelter

Nowadays, the irreversible trend of urbanization became big factor to push the development of new society and economy. However, when we enjoy the convenience the urbanization brought us, while the possibility of risk seems increasing. Especially fierce nature disaster will cause the huge loss of life and property. But we are the county which has about 67% mountain area. With the high speed development of urbanization, the loss caused by the nature disaster from mountain area is growing rapidly. For example, the 7.8 grade earthquake happened in Wen Chuan Si Chuan province at May. 12th, 2008 is the most destructive one, since the establishment of the People's Republic of China, which affect large areas, 69,229 people dead, 17,923 people got lost and 845.1 billion RMB direct economic loss. The shelter is the quite important facility and safety place for the people in big cities when facing the nature disaster and instant event. In order to improve the shelter's ability of mountain cities, reduce the loss of life and property, it's necessary to get a deep study on the plan and design strategy, so that can provide a quantized scientific evidence for perfecting and maintaining the plan and building of city shelter, strengthening the ability of avoiding dangerous and making refuge pre-arranged planning.The thesis compared and analyzed the differences of the shelters where in plain and mountain city, based on the theory of sustainable development, ecology protection, city planning and city refuge system planning and coordinate with city hazards-resistant, city safety theory, environmental factor effect theory an other related theories. And also try to make conclusion on the planning and design strategy of the shelter in mountain city, which hope can help to perfect the shelter design system. The writer consulted large quantities of related historical documents, according to its history and development and studied on the following technical route "introduce question ---- recognize question---analyze question---solve question ".Based on the current status of the shelter both at home and abroad, the thesis point out the shelter in mountain city of our country developed late, planning and deign not reasonable which can not be suitable for urban internal spatial structure, it needs detailed survey to analyze and find out the difficulty and special point for city shelter building. Then make detailed analysis on the characteristics of the shelter in mountain city and the key points of shelter planning and design, in order to provide fully preparation for current status survey at early stage, which absolutely improve the pertinence and efficiency. The writer visits the plain city (Beijing, Shanghai) and maintain city (Chongqing, Pan Zhihua) , collected the first- hand data and made statistics by the way of taking pictures, visiting local people, designing institute, government and so on. And found out the key points of mountain shelter planning design, including site selection and layout, size and capacity and service scope.1. Make design process and methods of construction selection according to layout of site selection.2. Make the calculation and correction values according to scale capacity and find out the appropriate measures of architectural scale.3. Correction method proposed according to services ranges in mountain cities shelters and release the effectiveness of strategies of services ranges.
