Research On The Aircraft Product Collaborative Development Project Operation And Its Application Base On Business Process

As the technology is growing and the market completion is much more severely, the modern manufacture enterprises must apply the product collaborative development to improve the ability of product development and market competitiveness, especially for the aircraft enterprises. According the structure ,to implement the progress control,risk management,cost management and quality management from the process aspect.To implement the model of product collaborative development base on business process, introduced operation mechanism from three aspects including process driven,association process and process collaboration. Bring out the process maturity mode to implement the operation mode.At last, the researched method and model are applied to TM Company's product collaborative developing process, set up the matrix organization structure base on the product collaborative development process. To testify the paper's availability by implementation and tracking of the product developing project in the TM Company.
