Inductive Coupled Power Transfer (ICPT) Technology is a new type on contactless power transmission. There are many successful examples regarding this technology in industrial field. It shows a wide and useful prospects. However, in many special occasions, such as measurement and control devices, communication devices in human bodies, this requires not only non-contact power transmission, but also needs the non-contact transmission signal. But the current studies have only focused on the separation between power and signal transmission. This thesis studies on inductive coupled hybrid transmission of energy and signal, using non-contact power transmission channel signals and transmitted in real time simultaneously.This thesis based on national natural Science foundation"Research on key technology of efficient contactless power transfer system with multi-degree freedom"and horizontal cooperation projects"Inductive coupling power and signal transmission device research and development"with a large state-owned corporation, it main focuses on the signal and power transmission in ICPT system based on the group's research on the Inductive Coupled Power Transfer.Firstly, this thesis introduces the research status of the Inductive Coupled Power and Signal Transfer technology in China and abroad, the aim and significant of research. It also describes the separation transmission between power and signal techniques, introducing the basic structure of ICPT system.Secondly, according to the different modulation, this thesis introduces two kinds of methods to transmit signals to ICPT system channel. This thesis studied on two forms of transmission system structure and the modulation process, analyze the system working mode. Based on hybrid signal and energy transmission channel analysis, design of electromagnetic coupling body coil turns, this thesis designs the power regulation and signal feature extract.Finally, this thesis analyzes two kinds of signal transmission data rates and the modulation signal harmonic, analyzes the relations between signal and energy transfer efficiency. It provides a theoretical basis for the calculation system of mixing power and signal transmission.
