Inductively coupled power transfer system(ICPT system) is a new power transmission technology which utilizing the inductive coupling of alternative electromagnetic field for charging mobile devices and flexible charging. Compared with the traditional power transmission mode, it is more flexible, reliable and secure. In a word, it has a sound development and a better using foreground.Due to the research of ICPT technology is still in initial stage, not comprehensive and not deep enough, especially on the aspect of improving the energy-efficiency(transmission power and transmission efficiency) is still imperfect, sothe transmission quality always be low. The low-quality of transmission is the chock point of widely used in practical work. Although some literatures have analyzed the transmission power and transmission efficiency of ICPT system, most of those points separated the analysis of max transmission power working from the analysis of max transmission efficiency, didn't synthesis them for optimizing ICPT system. Although some system designs has achieved the power transmission optimum, the transmission efficiency is too low; or some system designs although has achieved the efficiency optimum, it does not work in the optimal power condition. So ICPT system can't work at an optimum point of transmission.This text quoted a novel evaluation index to measure the transmission capacity, improved the transmission efficiency furthest with a little of transmission power loss, made system work at a point of optimum energy-efficiency. For analyzing system energy-efficiency more clearly, started with system overall design and modeling Tools, the influence to system transmission capacity from every part of system and system type selection were analyzed, and then introduced the concept of"system transmission capacity index"and study of theory, simulation, experiment had were done, transmission quality of ICPT system was improved in the large indeed.Secondary winding obtain energy through coupling with the primary winding when the system is working. ICPT as a system for electric energy transmission, it's loads are always random, the changing of load will affect the parameters of primary winding, lead to the inherent resonance frequency altered. It will decrease transmission efficiency of ICPT system when work frequency deviate the inherent resonance frequency. The text not only analyzed principal elements which alter the resonance frequency, but also designed a tracking frequencies system, in which, the frequency of switch tube can keep tracking with the momentary resonance frequency, made the system always work in resonance condition, assurance high-quality transmission of ICPT system.The main works of the paper include:Firstly, this paper introduced the research status for energy-efficiency of Inductive Coupled Power Transfer System and illustrated the purpose, content and meaning of this paper.Secondly, quoted a novel evaluation index to measure the transmission capacity, on account of the M and Q of ICPT system and adding this index to optimize the parameters, and the superiority of this method was proved. A tracking frequencies system was designed, solved the low-level efficiency problem by changing of resonance frequency.Finally, it proved the validity of the theoretical analysis through simulation and experiment.The text provided the theoretical evidence of max transmission capacity design by adding this index to optimize the parameters and designed tracking frequencies system.
