The inductively coupled wireless power transmission (ICPT) is a kind of wireless energy transmission technology. It is a new power transmission technology which can realize energy transfer without direct physical contact. Compared with the traditional power transmission,it is mainly through the separation of the loose coupling transformer to provide electricity to the power equipment. So it makes charging more secure, flexible and environmentally friendly, which is very suitable for the use of underwater vehicles, and such as underwater equipment charging.Firstly, this paper introduces the classification of wireless energy transmission technology. It is introduced in this paper that the research status at home and outside of the inductive coupling wireless energy transmission technology. Through analysis ICPT system working principle and equivalent circuit model, completed the hardware design of the main circuit, including rectifier circuit, filter circuit, surge current suppression circuit, inverter circuit, and the control circuit of the system is completed with TMS320F2812 DSP as the control core, such as generating control signal PWM wave, drive control circuit and output feedback circuit, etc.Secondly, By analyzing the effect of different compensation structures on the transmission characteristics of the system, the voltage type and the current type ICPT system are studied, They are established that the equivalent circuit model and the mathematical model of transmission characteristics. We deduced the structure of the relationship between compensation and frequency of different factors such as systems and system transmission power, efficiency, etc. It is concluded that the voltage type ICPT system has the characteristics of strong adaptability and stability of the ICPT system. Then analyzed by the two voltage-ICPT system transmission performance,it draws differences between the two voltage-ICPT system transmission characteristics.Thirdly, they are analyzed which the working principle and the equivalent model of the loose coupling transformer of the key components of the inductive coupled wireless power transmission system in this paper, the factors affecting the performance of the coupler are studied. Design coupler structure, selection of magnetic core and winding material. Finally, the 3D model and the external circuit model are built by using Maxwell Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software, simulation analysis of the system. Through simulation, they are further recognized the influence of winding position, air gap distance, winding turns number, compensation structure and load size on the transmission characteristics of ICPT system, and the corresponding optimization. This provides the basis for the next step, the overall design and production of the system, to provide a reference for the experimental verification. Finally, complete the overall design of the hardware and software of the system, the performance by experimental verification system meets the design requirements. Lastly, the function and characteristics of the system are verified by experiments, such as winding position, air gap distance, winding number, voltage and load size and magnetic core offset, etc., and give a summary of theoretical and experimental results.
