| The out-of-gauge and overweight goods transported on the railway always have been limited by the characteristics of oversize, out-of-gauge and overweight. In addition, most of them are large-scale equipment about industrial and agricultural even national defense, and the transportation of them is important to the development of national economic especially to the national infrastructure and defense construction, thus it is necessary to discuss and plan the out-of-gauge and overweight goods transportation corridor under the background of railway speed increase and passenger dedicated railway operation. This thesis analyzes the characteristics and elements of our nation's out-of-gauge and overweight goods transportation corridor from the current situation, and discusses the planning and optimization problems about the out-of-gauge and overweight goods transportation corridor in China's national conditions. This thesis firstly defines the out-of-gauge and overweight goods transportation corridor, and points out that the physical structure of our nation's railway networks is complex, and the planning of the corridor should take the factors into account, such as size data of construction clearance, bridge and tunnel device, transportation path, transportation time, degrees of busyness, fairs of main out-of-gauge and overweight products, distance between lines and etc. It classifies the fairs of main products in our country, affirming two different grades under the principle of the transportation corridor of the out-of-gauge and overweight goods. Then according to the current situation, this thesis designs the planning model of the out-of-gauge and overweight goods transportation corridor, and proposes the planning methods of the transportation corridor, and calculates China's main routing of the out-of-gauge and overweight goods. According to the strategy of the Ministry of Railways called "one main and two-wing, two-line and three-zone" and combing with degrees of busyness in different lines, this thesis optimizes and adjusts the horizontal, vertical corridor at macro. Finally, this thesis concludes the eight main crisscross thoroughfares and loads of branch passages for the out-of-gauge and overweight goods all around China on the basis of the objective limiting factors. |
