Study On The Village Renovation During The Urban-Rural Harmonious

Focusing on urban development while neglecting of rurual building,and management of urban and rurual areas respectively for a long time,there has long existed urban-rural dual structure, which is a significant problem. The hysteretic nature of the development of rural economy in China has seriously dragged China's urbanization process and the national industrial structure adjustment. In order to speed up the economic development of country, increase farmers' income, improve the rural residential environment, the government has put forward a series policy of well-off, strengthen and beneficial agriculture. The rule of village construction is planning advanced. In recent years,governments have set off a nationwide town and village system planning and village renovation planning regulation.The village renovation based on the actual conditions of the village to narrow the gap between urban-rural divides; promoting rural all-round development is one of the core elements of the new socialist countryside construction; strengthening the village rectification work is advantageous to enhance rural residential environment and social civilization, to improve rural production conditions, to improve the quality of the farmer's living standard and to radiate vitality of rural society; and it is an important measure to achieve scientific development concept and building a harmonious society, it is also a fundamental way to change the backwardness of China's rural areas.Based on author's participation in village renovation investigation and practical activities, this paper takes the county village renovation of Fangcheng County for example, combining with the current research theories, the FangCheng County have developed the implementation of programs and building measures of county village renovation which are conforming to the actual county village reality. This paper attempts to explore a suitable mode of village renovation in central China's county by a method of combining theory with practice, and hoping to play a guiding role and reference value for the village renovation in the context of the new rural construction work. The specific content of this study include:Primarily, analyzing the current macro-background of China's rural development, defining the relevant concepts of village renovation, and make a summary of related foreign theories and practices.Secondly, through the urban - rural harmonious strategy of interpretation and the future trend of village development, combined with the village scholars research achievements, along with the example of Fangcheng County village renovation, explore a suitable development mode for central China's county village renovation.Furthermore,put forward safeguard measures for village renovation work implementing smoothly.Finally,summarizing and reflecting problems encountered on the research process .
