Study On Ergonomic Design Method For Cab Of Light Bus

Vehicle Ergonomics is an important branch of Ergonomics.It is an essential step for vehicle design to analyze and check cab in ergonomic design method. Ergonomic design method plays an important role in vehicle safety,driver's comfort and vision.In this paper, a minibus driver's cab as the research object, there is comfort for the car issues such as rectification, H-point in the study based on the re-arrangement of the vehicle cab, and after re-arrangement of the cab to ergonomic analysis and verification. The following are the main contents of this paper:(1) Make analysis and research on body layout at home and abroad,and summarize and conclude body layout tools for eye oval, hands and axial. The tools are theoretical basis and necessary means of ergonomic analysis. By researching on different layout method at home and abroad,we can find out their similarities and differences, and absorb advantages, as well as good reference on analysis and method.(2) Make comparation on methods of H point determination for vehicles (A Class and B Class),and focus on study of domesticB-Class vehicles,which is relatively less attentional. After comparison and conclusion on traditional methods of H point determination,the paper proposes a more practical method of H point determination-multi-objective constraint factor for H point. H point region can be identified quickly and accurately and meet the design requirements by this method, greatly improving accuracy and efficiency of design compared to traditional method.(3) Introduce the most advanced ergonomics analysis software RAMSIS, make ergonomic analysis and check on cab of an B-Class vehicles,and deeplly analyze on a for the vehicle cab comfort, vision, space and and axial, getting further understanding and experience in cab layout based on analysis.In summary, the study on ergonomic design method has a significate sense to improve quality of vehicles, ensure health of drivers and passengers, as well as shortening vehicle development cycle and reducing development costs.
