With the development of society, the city changes a process to be acceleratedincreasingly, city traffic demand more and more. At the same time, the currenthighway is also gaining popularity, passenger transport market for long, short-haulroad passenger demand also grows quickly. The current passenger car marketdifferences of development, also produced as intercity vehicle, bus, village groups,student school bus and other emerging market models, these give the car to bring verygreat opportunity, but also brings more challenges.At present, people living level increasing, the people on the bus are increasinglyhigh requirements, before passenger transport company, drivers only on the traditionalpower, economic requirements. But because of the traditional bus was in the earlydesign background, relying on simple2D design means to design, often appear a fewnot just as one wishes, such as: driver’s space leads to staff and inconvenience, pedals,inconvenient operation, panel view have blind spots, the driver is not easy to observe,wiper wiper brush does not reach the designated position the rearview mirror, thepavement defects, such problems, needs to consume a large amount of manpower,material resources, financial capacity to solve. Sometimes multiple solutions are alsovery difficult satisfyingly. Therefore, people in modern passenger car with a higherpursuit. On the ride comfort, open degree, convenient operation, active and passivesafety also have higher expectations.In order to keep up with market demand, better social services, in this paper,combined with our actual, on the bus are presented for the design of new design ideas.With car body general arrangement design principle and content of the research asthe starting point, the passenger car general layout design scheme and process,integrating ergonomics analysis in its interior layout in the main application,introduced the body human body model, eye ellipse, head envelope, driver’s seatarrangement related tools. According to ergonomics principle, according to the body’s static and dynamicsize determine the size of certain human models, according to a certain percentile bodysize parameters analysis of human activities, according to the human body curve andtake the design characteristics of the driver seat, combined with the human hand andfoot interface arrangement control device driver view field range, according to thelayout of instrument panel and inside and outside mirrors, and the components used toCATIA3D design software is drawn into their3D model.Based on the ergonomics theory and method, combine relevant three-dimensionalmodel, establish bus interior layout3D model and vehicle shape model, and accordingto the related tools specific analysis related to the design. Compared with thetraditional design basis, this article embarks from the reality, the use of forward designideas, according to the human body foot pedal as a benchmark for interior layoutdesign. Based on the three-dimensional model, in order to determine a front-surfacebaffle, the foot-operated pedal position, combined with the human body model todetermine the driver’s seat, steering wheel, instrument panel and various controlbuttons and other parts of the driver’s seat position, design reasonable size, locationand comfortable; driving more convenient operation, observe the road condition, thevision of a more open degree, better realization of safe driving.For the combined company LCK6127H models will be the train of thought in thedesign of research and analysis. The analysis is completed, after forming a morecomprehensive interior layout3D benchmark model, after the market test, can beapplied to the subsequent design and development work.
