With the growing severity of energy crisis and environment problem, the technology of environment protection and saving energy must be used in vehicles. Motorcycle engine takes a large proportion in small-displacement engine, wastes energy and pollutes heavily. So it is very difficult for the performance parameters of the engine to meet the requirements of the National Stage III about Emission Standards. EFI is the best effective way to enhanced performance. Recently, the applications of EFI in motorcycles are defective. And for one engine, performance is generally related to the parameter matching while its electric hardware and software are determined. Thus, it makes the technology of engine matching and calibration become an important research topic.The calibration system based on Visual Basic6.0 and the matching technology based on CG150 for electronically controlled motorcycle engine were introduced in this thesis.Firstly, the motorcycle engine calibration system was designed from the hardware to software, the MSComm controls in the environment of VB 6.0 was used to carry out the correspondence between personal computer and single-chip, meanwhile made the engine's operation parameters visible.Secondly, the rounded test bed for the engine test was built,and every part of the system was tested.Based on AHP the multi-objective optimization problem of engine calibration was converted into a single goal, and proposed the comprehensive evaluation system of steady-state conditions of motorcycle engine. Finally the optimal MAP of ignition advance angle and injection pulse were obtained by the engin synthetical test.Experiments show that this calibration system performance is good, it can be used as the application platform of parameter calibration and benefits to speed up the pace of the parameter matching technique for the electronically controlled motorcycle engine. |
