| Since electronic diesel system performs high accuracy as well as rapid respond and is suitable to various algorithms, and has obvious effect on improving of derivability and emissions for diesel engine, electronic control technique has been the main trendy in diesel engine field. Control parameters must be calibrated by the calibration system during the applied development of engine electronic control system in order to have good performance of engine and to guarantee the requirements of emission regulations as well as stable performance.In this thesis, the software and hardware development of control unit is researched. In order to improve the speed, stability, data-processing ability of ECU, the 32-bit MPC563 is adopted to meet the function requirements. By substituting multi-task mechanism of μC/OS-II for traditional single- task mechanism, a more real-time, stable and flexible.On the basis of the research of communication protocol of CAN, CCP, USB, RS232, the design project is given. The main chip of communication module is MC68HC908AZ60A, USB interface chip is PDIUSBD12, the voltage conversion chip of RS-232 is MAX3222I, CAN high-speed transceiver is TJA1040. Using the assembly language, C and Visual C++, the firmware of module, WDM driver and application program are developed.Under the Visual C++6.0 circumstance, the calibration platform software for communication between person and system is development. The user-interface is clear, simple and easily manipulative. The use of the calibration platform software cuts down the calibration work by a long way.The anti-jamming capability of calibration system is the main index of the calibration system, because the calibration system and ECU work in the vile environment usually, which often are effected by engine librating, environment changing power supplying, terra, engine inflame and the electronic parts of apparatus. Based on jamming source analysis, the thesis put forward methods of anti-jamming of calibration system.Calibration of basic control parameters with Jianglin-4JB 1 engine armed with ECD-U2 system is carried out using the diesel calibration system in this research. Test results show that the system is of great advantage in derivability, stability, fuel consumption and emission controlling. |
