Study On Design Of Urban Disaster-prevention Park

21st century is the century of the "city", urbanization around the world are accelerating.On the one hand, the development of the city promote social progress and productivity; on the other hand, the increase of population,the unreasonable substance transformation and energy cycle have brought too much pressure,leading to a serires of environmental problems. The irrational factors of Urban Planning has brought life interruptions and disaster to social development and urban residents and has caused huge losses to the city. City becomes weaker on the capability of resilience because of its expansion.a heavy rain will make the city's transport system to a standstill.Earthquakes, tsunamis, flooding and other geological and hydrological disasters has seriously affected the production of human life since ancient times,these disasters will give the city a devastating blow. Kanto earthquake, Tangshan earthquake, the Yangtze River and Nen River flood of 1998,Katrina hurricane,Wenchuan earthquake have brought great influence to the local economic development and social stability.Disaster is merciless.On the one hand,the human should reduce the possibility of floods and other disasters through the protection of the environment,on the other hand,carry out evacuation and rescue to protect people's lives and property through rational planning.Urban Disaster-prevention Park is originated in Japan. Its effectiveness has been generally recognized in previous disasters. China is prone to geological disasters,and the urban population is large. Disaster prevention and mitigation work began later than Japan and developed European countries.With the completion of Beijing Dadu City Wall Relics Park, Chinese Urban Disaster-prevention Park system went into a rapid development period.According to the national conditions of China,learning the advanced experience of Japan and other countries,this thesis concludes the types and characteristics of urban disasters.Studying on urban disaster prevention planning system,this paper provides the importance of Disaster-prevention Park. Discussing the latest development of Disaster-prevention Park home and abroad, the author proposes the methods of planning and design. In view of the small number of comprehensive Disaster-prevention Park, this thesis gives the reconstruction method.Finally,through the Survey and Analysis of the Disaster-prevention Park system of Shijiazhuang City, the author proposes the relative development model,providing the basis and the reference for the planning and design in Disaster-prevention Park.
