Study On The Planning And Design Of Country Park With Characteristic Of Natural And Wild

As a newborn concept, the country park has had a rising role and position in China's construction of livable cities and eco-cites. However, the concept of the country park is lack of clear and uniform consensus, and the theory and practice of country parks have not yet formed a mature system at present. In addition, with covering a wide range of disciplines, the construction and development of country parks make the landscape architects lack of grasping the essential characteristics and studying on the protection and utilization of the natural territorial landscape with living and constantly changing systems.A natural and wild Environment presented by the country parks is not only a natural appearance but also a potential capacity of natural evolution. As a landscape architect, the First and foremost requirement on planning and design of country parks is to make the parks have the typical features and functions of natural and wild. Second, the natural and wild environment should have ornamental nature, both wild and landscape nature of double attribute. Last, landscape architects hope to attract the public's arrival with creating landscape full of natural and wild characteristics, also with tour activities in various forms to achieve the role of the protection and public education about wild resources. This paper makes a closely combination with the landscape construction and the requirements of improving ecological environment, and strengthens the real understanding and awareness of nature. The author proposes the principle, the method and the frame about the planning and design of country park with a core perspective of natural and wild and focuses from some design elements including the woodlands and shrubs, the water, the wildlife habitat, recreational activities, small buildings and structures which the country park contains. The paper also puts forward some planning points about zoning plans, free design and scientific control, tourists' safety, management and public participation and simultaneously integrates some design examples of country parks to deliver feasibility studies. The author expects to scientifically demonstrate some methods and suggestions about the planning and design of country park with characteristic of natural and wild, in order to provide some practical and workable ideas and basis for creating a beautiful, ecological countryside environment which is available for people to visit and enjoy recreation.
