Dual channel, special shape, internal flow complex is a hot research topic in recent years at home and abroad and focuses on the development of new products.This article studies the 50QW25-22-3 double channel impeller sewage pumps hydraulic design and numerical simulation using CFD were in the clear water of its medium, solid-liquid two-phase medium in the numerical simulation, analysis of different particle concentration and particle size on the double channel of different sewage pump performance and internal flow field, has made some innovative results. Specific study as follows:1. According to the specific parameters on the double channel impeller pump, hydraulic design on hydraulic design in the improvement measures.Such values, and increase to ordinary spiral throat area 1.53 times of centrifugal pump.2.
