The double-flow-conduits-sewage pump has extensively used to transport sewerage in city, because which's strongly ability to translate sewage-fluid and super performance. Therefor the people understand the importance to study of the double-flow-conduits-sewage pump. The impeller is mostly part of pump, so it decides the performance of pump. But the design of impeller lie on flow-field of the inner of impeller, so the first step for improving performance of pump is to completely study the rule of flowing in the impeller.Utilizing the techniques of CFD, the flow-field of the WQL460-35 double-flow-conduits sewage pump is simulated when medium is water and solid-fluid respectively. And the effect to flow-field of results which is in deferent grinds, deferent concentration and deferent diameter, is analyzed.All in all, the type of pump, such as the WQL460-35 double-flow-conduits sewage pump, is a successful design, but there still are many things to do.
