Environmental costs have become an important measure of economic component with the introduction market system of environmental resources. In this paper, two 600MW generation unit as the research object, established the optimal load distribution model based on coal costs and taking into account the environmental costs, using dynamic programming to solve. We should select the appropriate coefficients of the polynomial fitting and to take sub-fitting when fitting the curve of economic characteristics,in order to eliminate the morbidity of polynomial fitting equations and reduce the fitting error. Concluded after distribution of the two models: adjust the price penalty factor can meet specific requirements of the actual system on the economy and environmental protection.Compare to the optimal distribution of load of coal consumption rate, taking into account the environmental costs of the optimal load distribution can increase economic and reducing pollutant emissions effectivly.
