With the vigorous development of the country’s "carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions" work,new requirements have been put forward for the energy layout of the energy industry.Thermal power plants are an independent economy that uses fossil energy to generate electricity.The reduction in fuel consumption can reduce the cost of power supply for enterprises,making them more competitive in the general situation of "bidding on the Internet",and increase the economic income of enterprises while completing production targets.At the same time,under the condition of ensuring the stability of the grid frequency,the reduction of fuel quantity also means the reduction of carbon emission indicators,which has far-reaching significance for my country to complete the task of " carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions ".This paper discusses the ways to realize the related functions of the plant-level load optimization distribution system by studying coal-fired thermal power units.First,the method of establishing coal consumption model characteristic model in coal-fired power plant is studied,and the advantages and specific methods of establishing coal consumption characteristic curve based on historical data of power plant are analyzed.Through the analysis and processing of the historical data of the power plant,the unit data under stable operating conditions were filtered out,and the coal consumption characteristic curve model of the unit was established.Then,by establishing an economic model of thermal power plants,analyzing its related constraints,and by improving the optimization algorithm,the simulation of plant-level optimal allocation with economy as the main indicator was realized.The results proved that the optimization algorithm was adopted.The distributed load can reduce the fuel volume of the whole plant while ensuring the completion of production tasks,providing theoretical support for project implementation.Finally,combined with a plant-level load optimization and transformation project of a power plant,the required functions of the equipment in the project implementation process and the specific implementation methods of related functions are analyzed,and the current situation of the power grid and the power plant is summarized for the plant-level load optimization and transformation.significance.
