A method of power control technology based on SOPC was proposed in this paper. Firstly, relevant contents of SPWM in control technology of power elcectronics were studuided. Then the new realization method of SPWM was proposed on the basic of studies of control principles and realization algorithms of SPWM. Next, design and implementation methods of SOPC syetem were described in detail. In this design pethod, algorithm of control module was generated by using DSP Builder, the embedded processor Nios II acted as a control unit and functional interface module was designed using programmable logic resources and IP soft core inside of FPGA. User-defined peripheral components, LCD monitors, keyboards and other hardware were controlled through the Avalon bus. Finally, framework of the overall design and designing of each module were discussed, This design method was verified using Cyclone EP1C12Q240C8, one type FPGA of Altera corporation.The efficiency of control in frequency and amp;ititude can be confirmed by simulation results.
