Inland shipping transport in our country becoming more and more important, the number of river vessel growing and ship having the continuous development of large scale and high-speed, complex river environment and river bend, and so other issues have brought a severe test for the ship navigation safety. To reduce or avoid the occurrence of ship collisions, it is very important to strengthen the research of ship collision avoidance decision-making. The research of collision avoidance expert system which marking collision avoidance intelligent and information will promote the development automation of navigation and ensure the safety of navigation.In this paper, we made a thorough research of the mechanism of the collision avoidance, using quantitative research ship collision avoidance, to establish a more rational and more complete knowledge base of collision avoidance, through the design of expert system, we implemented the collision avoidance expert system which can help a ship driver real-time.This paper completes mainly the following tasks:1. Through the collation and study of relevant information and documentation abroad of expert systems, collision avoidance, AIS system, we finded the short of information presented institutions in the traditional collision avoidance, the ideas of AIS applied to collision avoidance is raised.2. To devise the stage of ship collision, quantitative methods proposed for ship encounter situation. Summarize previous research in the area of the ship; design the appropriate domain model, at the same time, we have a comprehensive evaluation of collision risk by using methods of fuzzy theory. Calculation of collision risk model is reasonable and objective evaluation of the ship's collision risk, can be used for ship collision avoidance system.3. According to experts system of the general structure model, we establish a collision avoidance system, and design the importance components of the expert system's structure:knowledge base, dynamic database, inference engine. Meanwhile, we study the knowledge representation and search algorithms the system used.4. We carried out a comprehensive study of the whole process of ship collision avoidance system, the establishment of a safe passage from the urgent situation and the mathematical collision risk models, quantitative division of the ship will encounter situation and collision avoidance action situation, and how to determine the ship collision touch operation timing, magnitude and timing of resumption of flight is discussed.5. Using the proposed model on the analysis of ship collision situation, namely, we carry out a simulation experiment of the ship's encounter situation and collision cross-state issues of the ship collision avoidance. Simulation results show:the system can analyze and judge well on the two ship's encounter situation, and give a reasonable and effective collision avoidance decision.The result of the research can be the escort for the safety of ship navigation, and reduce ship collisions caused by human errors, it also provide a good technical support for a safe, smooth, efficient inland navigation, and promote the vigorous development of inland water transport in our country, and promote rapid development of the economy. |
