Collision of ships not only damages the ships,endangers the cargo,but also causes casualties and marine pollution.Once a collision accident occurs,the consequences and harm will be unimaginable.At the same time,with the rapid economic development in coastal areas,the comprehensive development and utilization of offshore energy is becoming more and more common.Various types of hydraulic facilities,cross-sea bridges,subsea tunnels,offshore drilling platforms and other complex offshore construction operations are increasing.The navigation environment in construction waters is more complicated and there are more uncertain factors,so the frequency of ship collision accidents is higher.In order to reduce ship collision accidents caused by human error in construction waters,and assist the crew in safe navigation,constructing an intelligent collision avoidance expert system for construction waters.The main research contents are as follows:1.Introduce the research background and research significance,including application background,theoretical significance,and application value.By reviewing and summarizing the domestic and foreign literature on intelligent collision avoidance and expert systems,the current research status and results obtained at home and abroad are explained,and the main research content and technology roadmap of this article are also introduced.2.Introduction of basic theory.Explain the concepts of artificial intelligence,expert systems,automated collision avoidance,and fuzzy neural networks.3.Ship collision avoidance mechanism.The collision avoidance mechanism is an important part of the ship's intelligent collision avoidance expert system,which includes a ship domain model,a safe passing distance model,and a meeting situation judgment model.According to the navi gation parameters of objects including own ship and dynamic obstacles(target ship),own ship and static obstacle(bridges,buoys,drilling platforms,etc.),determine the domain of the ship,the safe passing distance and encounter situation of the ship and obstacles.As an important reference in the field of collision avoidance,the required navigation parameters include the length overall,speed,heading,distance,visibility,and coordinates of the target ship relative to the main ship's coordinate system.4.Calculation of collision risk,Collision risk is an important index to measure the possibility of collision of ships,and it is also another important link in the construction of the expert system.The fuzzy neural network theory is used to solve the collision risk according to factors such as speed,heading,distance,visibility,wind,waves,and current.At the same time,this is used as a sample database.The neural network is used to train the sample database.The trained neural network model can directly solve the collision risk based on the input raw data.At the same time,a concept of environmental risk is proposed,which uses visibility,Wind,wave,current,etc.as basic parameters,and solves the environmental risk in the same way.5.Construction and simulation of the expert system.The core of the expert system lies in the establishment of a model library and a rule database.The model library includes the ship domain model,the safe passing distance model,the encounter situation judgment model,and the collision risk model mentioned above.Collision avoidance rules(hereinafter referred to as the "rules" or "collision avoidance rules"),navigation habits,port and harbor seals,etc.are sorted out and constructed.Therefore,the expert system can calculate and judge the ship domain,safe passing distance,encounter situation,and collision risk in the model library after obtaining preset parameters according to the real-time navigation environment and navigation conditions.Match in the rule base,and give reasonable navigation tips and navigation suggestions.Using MATLAB software to construct the expert system.Simulation verification is performed under the three situations of encounter,overtaking,and cross encounter,which proves the effectiveness and rationality of the expert system,and can provide the crew with a reasonable navigation tips and navigation suggestions to assist the crew in safe navigation.6.Conclusion.Summarize the research content,summarize the research results obtained,and point out the shortcomings of the research,and put forward further research directions in the future.
