As the world economy continues to develop, the number of ships at sea activities, the rapid increase in oil spill pollution in the increasingly difficult situation. Pollutions caused by ship's oil spill accident, have become one of marine pollution sources which harms marine environment, destroys sea ecosystem.Because of unexpected oil spill emergency events has not man-made control, coupled with the mobility of ocean, tanker tonnage become lager, so has the nature of the oil spill complex, serious damage, emergency handling difficulties and other characteristics. Once occur oil spill accident we must take the positive motion measure, start emergency predetermined plan, lead oil spill to reduce slightly to the marine environment influence. The determination of oil spill volume, the forecast of oil spill path is the premise of the emergency motion, so need a prediction modal based on the cargo tanker theory to dynamic calculation of leakage of liquid tanker damage behavior, and on this basis, to develop of a practical principles of leakage control, from the Oil Spill "preventing" and "control", to reduce the oil spill risk and hazard.This article uses the VOF modal, Segregated, as well as the pressure speed coupling PISO algorithm in the FLUENT software to simulate the noncondensible and unsteady with time flow under the three dimensional condition, this flow have the free surface, not mutually soluble and the oil-water-air three-phase. In the value computation involves the academic model which is the fluid equation of continuity, the momentum equation (the Navier-Stokes equation).This value simulation method investigate oil-water-air three-Phase fluid flow near the ships breakage place after ships collision, from the microscopic observation of leakage phases can contribute to study the different features' leakage mechanism, can direct-viewing give the oil-gas, the water-gas, the oil-water two interaction free contact surface position, and fully consider the actual process, in the oil leakage oil and water replacement phase behavior, also can supply useful supplementary for the experimental research. Comparison of numerical simulation and experimental results, can prove the numerical simulation results are qualitatively realistic, feasible. Simultaneously can study the spill speed and oil spill volume in the breakage place. The influence of different factors (size holes, the oil surface and sea surface height difference, oil type) on speed of the defects in oil spill, oil spill time and size of oil spills at the hole is studied quantitatively.
