In highway construction, the cushion is an improvement roadbed temperature and humidity, increasing the soil-Modulus of effective means.Based deflection equivalent, calculated in a specific traffic conditions, different and different soil-cushion modulus for a cushion thickness. Take cushion as part of the soil, the top cushion equivalent resilient modulus is calculated.Bedding should have not only drainage, conductor, antifreeze and pollution prevention functions, but for the subbase construction to provide a good platform .Therefore there must be sufficient bearing capacity to withstand the construction vehicle load.There are many types of cushion. We only examined Lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates cushion materials design methods. In order to cause the cushion to satisfy the above request, Skeleton-density is used, and the proportion of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture is confirmed through the volume method.In this text, based on the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture design, the pavement behavior and performance of designed mixture is studied and contrasted with the mixture which is recommended by the Design Specification of Highway Asphalt Pavement, including mechanical performance, stableness, the anti-crack performance.
