With automobile's increasing, the consumption of engine's oil and the pollution of automobile, which becomes the focal point day by day. Oil price stays at a high level, the natural gas environmental protection and the low price, oil to gas in automobile becomes especially essential. The natural gas in automobile re-equips basically need a set of gaseous fuel supply system in the original vehicle foundation, and increase an oil gas transformation solenoid valve and the control wiring in the air course, achieves the oil and gas dual purpose. The application of modern electronic technology, which controls engine's jet quantity, reduces the consumption and the pollution. The ECU design, using the modular design, the article elaborates various module design method and the control flow in detail. The simulation and the actual electric circuit have been confirmed in MATLAB and Quartusâ…¡, the system achieve the expectation effect. Firstly, under the generally condition, the FPGA gathers the automobile actual speed signal and the damper position signal, produces the PWM wave actuation jet equipment through the look-up table to carry on jet; In the idling regime condition, FPGA gathers the actual speed signal and the hypothesis speed signal, according to the operation module and the fuzzy control module to drive the step-by-step electrical machinery, which drives the automobile by-pass valve, so it can revise the real-time jet quantity, the idling regime condition forms the closed-loop control; On the other hand which will store, process the speed data, and transmit the data through UART. The man-macOn which in the debugging and the test appears, carrying on the thorough analysis, and proposing the actual solution measure.
