| At present, some technical performance indexs of the electric drive rig generator set control system are not good enough.And the control system is self-contained, which make it has low-level network communication. In order to increase the performance and universality of the control system, we begin to research and develop the all-digital control system. this system integrates the diesel engine speed control, generator excitation control and the bus communication functions into one. This paper describes the research and development process of the electric rig generator digital control system. And the software and hardware debugging of the system are completed, which include the diesel engine speed control module and generator excitation control module based on TMS320F2812DSP.Electric rig generator engine speed control module is a double close loop control module, it includes the position loop and speed loop. Speed signal and position signal are detected by optical encoder,which connects with the quadrature encoder pulse (QEP) circuit of the EVA. First, the detection signals is computed. Then the DA conversion and isolation amplify are completed. At last, the result is sent to the actuator for controlling the diesel engine speed. Generator excitation control module is a double close loop control module too, it includes the generator output voltage control and the excitation current control.ADC module collects the analog signals to DSP through the DC sample. After the control algorithm and DA conversion is completed by DSP, the result is sent to the excitation board. In the system software, engine speed control use the underflow interrupt of T1 to realize some functions, such as speed and position PID regulator, and DA conversion.Use the cycle interrupt of T2 to realize the QEP interrupt.The T1 underflow interrupt is still used to complete the functions of regulating armature voltage PID, excitation current PID, and the DA conversion in generator excitation control. AD interrupt achieves the acquisition of feedback signals. All the control algorithms use anti-windup PID algorithm.Experiment results show that the generator digital control system has high stability, fast dynamic response, better static and dynamic characteristics. |
