Diesel generating set is a power supply device widely used in life and industrial production.It is convenient to use,can adapt to various environments,and is stable and reliable.It is mainly used for ships,communication stations,power stations,as well as in some places where power cuts are not allowed to act as emergency power supply.Diesel generating set is mainly composed of diesel engine,synchronous alternator and control system.The control system plays a key role in the comprehensive control of the unit,so that the output speed of the diesel engine is stabilized,and the output power of the unit can be directly used by the load device.So the speed control effect of the unit control system is very important for its performance.In this paper,the control system of diesel generator set is studied,and the speed control control link is designed to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the output of the unit.This paper first analyzes the speed control system of the unit,and studies its working principle.The key components of the control system are constructed respectively: the mathematical modeling of the diesel engine and the actuator.The established mathematical model is analyzed by using the conventional PID control algorithm.Then,based on the conventional PID,we use fuzzy PID control algorithm to further analyze its mathematical model,and simulate the two control algorithms respectively,and compare the output results.According to the simulation results,we get the conclusion that the fuzzy PID control algorithm has better speed control effect than the conventional PID control algorithm,and the response speed and stability of the controlled system have been obviously improved.This paper designs the hardware module of the diesel generator speed control system,first analyzes the overall structure of the hardware circuit,then designs the hardware circuit of the peripheral circuit of STM32F103 ZE chip,the speed signal processing circuit and the idle speed rated speed switching circuit respectively.The 32 bit microprocessor used to process the signal is fast,stable and has a strong ability to expand.This paper also designed the speed control system of diesel generator software program,first is the software development of STM32F103 ZE chip are summarized,then the ADC module and fuzzy PID control algorithm module of software design,including the flow chart and the core code.The program is written in the way of library function development,which has strong readability and is relatively convenient to modify.
