Research On Enterprise's Landscape Architecture Design

The implementation of economic reform has made China one of world top economies and transformed an isolated county into a political power. Actually, the rise of China constituted the most important global change in recent years. Nowadays, Chinese enterprises are growing in terms of quantity and scale and some enterprises with independent brands have created unprecedented achievements; many of them has developed their business from single industry to international, comprehensive, diversified, group-based operation.Due to historical reasons, the majority of Chinese enterprises are state-owned; in the past they only cared about the production while no consideration was given to enterprises landscape building and protection. However, more and more enterprises has came to realize that enterprise landscape also represents the management and the spirit of their enterprises; favorable enterprise landscape helps build a positive image, improve corporate culture and contribute to good reputation and credit, which plays an important role in introducing foreign capital and attracting talented people; moreover, it exerts a motivational influence on employees and symbolizes enterprises'financial strength.Under the above-mentioned background, this paper aims to explore how to integrate garden art to enterprises planned development, so as to establish scientific landscape construction with Chinese characteristics. If effective landscape planning can be adopted to conduct reasonable design for the whole environment at enterprises layout stage, with domestic and foreign best practices absorbed, planning and architecture science, landscape ecology, psychology, environment behavior science and landscape recreation science integrated, the harmony between enterprise and landscape environment can be realized, and a win-win result in terms of cultural, economic, environmental and social benefits can be achieved.
