The Design And Research On Cultural And Sports Activities Center That Face The Modern Enterprise Employees

The development of Chinese economic and social that greatly improved the people's material life,but the spiritual level is relatively backward,especially neglects the cultural and sports life of employees.Compared with the industrial civilization for hundreds of years of accumulation in the West,Chinese modernization is far away.The quantity and quality of the cultural and sports activities buildings and facilities have been difficult to meet the spiritual and cultural growing needs of people.Therefore,the renovation and transformation of cultural and sports buildings is imminent.In this paper,I select the cultural and sports activities center that face the modern enterprise employees as the research object.The cultural and sports activities center is a building that have varied function and abundant types,contains two meaning of culture and sport,so in the design of the cultural and sports activities center buildings we should consider two aspects of demand.Indoor space should not only provide a venue for the employees,sometimes will also organize some events,space demand diversification is a challenge for the design.In order to meet the needs of the staff outdoor activities,the external field is also very important.With the landscape system,how to create a suitable space for outdoor activities is the focus that should be considered in this paper.The full paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter involves a definition of the relevant concepts of this paper,and expounds the research background and research significance,the contents and methods of the research,and research framework of this article;The second chapter makes a brief review of the birth and the development of the cultural and sports activities center buildings in China and foreign,and put forward the problems and shortcomings of the construction which exists in the previous design;The third chapter discuss some creative and design idea and methods in the cultural and sports activities center that face the modern enterprise employees;The fourth chapter discuss the site selection and planning layout of the cultural and sports activities center;Fifth chapter focuses on the functions of the cultural and sports activities center,contains multiple aspects of the function and construction concept analysis,the reasons and purposes,summary and conclusion,design principles,the types of combination and others;Sixth chapter is mainly about the space design of the cultural and sports activities center buildings,discusses the types of space,the types of combination and the detail design of entrance space,traffic space and external space;The seventh chapter discusses the landscape design of the cultural and sports activities center buildings,including the interior landscape design,outdoor landscape design and the construction of various landscape environment.The last part is the conclusion of this paper,combined with earlier research results,some considerable suggestions on building design are given in this type of the cultural and sports activities center buildings in the future,and promote the development of this type of building in china in the future.
