Research On Hangzhou Typical Dense Types Of Habitation

In the process of high-speed urbanism, Hangzhou residential district development is not only faced with the contradiction of population growth and land scarcity, but also faced with the multi-sided need such as respecting city characteristic, promoting neighborhood contact and adjusting to population aging and so on.My research is carried on through investing low-rise high density dewelling group, multiple-rise high density dewelling group and high-rise low density dewelling group of Hangzhou "warm town"residential area, together with arranging the research achievements of course design of transformation and renewal of old city in Hanghou Quanye lane. We can get a conclusion of characteristics, application and development direction of different dense residential types in Hangzhou.We try to search for a sustainable type of habitation which can not only integrate with Hangzhou local colorism and continue urban context, but also satisfy population growth and promote neighborhood contact, providing a guide to Hangzhou high-speed residential district development.
