Backed on the operational limits which were counted in the national coal-fired power generating units competition, the real-time system which analyze and evaluate the competition indexes on-line or off-line has been studied and designed in this paper. The scoring method of indexes examination was proposed based on the energy-loss analysis model, and the competition model of gang was established to enhance the enthusiasm of operators. The statistical analysis model and the growth model for reliability indexes was sited, it can make the best of the data and realize the reliability prediction. The technical supervision management system for power plant was established, in order to realize the real-time and standing supervision of 9 technical supervision indexes.The main functional module of competition evaluation system was integrated designed, and the module for scoring in units competition was inducted to automatically compute the score. The system software was preliminary developed, using MS SQL Sever as the background database and Delphi as the object language.
