| Ro-Ro passenger ship as a kind of large freight vehicle at sea, has the high cost of its construction, transporting much more personnel and cargo. At the same time, because of the special sea transporting environment, in event of a maritime accident, it would cause heavy irreparable losses to human life, property and marine environmental. Therefore, to enhance ship safety assessment is necessary.At present, more Ro-Ro passenger ship safety assessment is focused on the research of security of the overall ships and the safety capbility of Ro-Ro passenger ship in coastal sea areas, but lack of the research on cabin safety assessment on off-shore routes.On the occasion of 20th anniversary when China-South Korea route has been opened for of flight, this paper has evaluated Ro-Ro passenger ship safety based on FSA, in order to provide practical help with the safety of Ro-Ro passenger ship sailing on the China-South Korea route.This paper is based on cabin safety, through practical research and analysis, to determine the factors affecting flight safety. AHP is used to determine the weight factors, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a risk assessment model has been established in order to give a realistic results of the evaluation, and pointed out clearly that where dangers factors lie and given the corresponding measures.The main work in this paper is as follow:Firstly, through consulting documents and details of Ro-Ro passenger ship navigating on the China-Korean route, as much as possible to understand comprehensively a actual operating conditions on China-South Korea Ro-Ro passenger ship route and studies on cabin safety evaluation in the domestic and international Ro-Ro passenger ship.Secondly, through comparing various evaluation methods in Ro-Ro passenger ship,the comprehensive safety evaluation of FSA is introduced to argue the feasibility of conducting safety assessment in China-Korean-route Ro-Ro passenger ship. Thirdly, by using expert survey methods, affecting the ship cabin safety factors have been established, and used AHP to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model by risk assessment model.Fourthly, it has established the qualitative and quantitative analysis, objective evaluation of its risks from human factors, cabin factors, environmental factors, management factors in four aspects in "New Golden Bridgeâ…¡" ship.Fifthly, through comprehensive assessment on the "New Golden Bridgeâ…¡", a reasonable prevention recommendations and corrective measures has been put forward to provide practical suggestions for the China-South Korea route Ro-Ro passenger ship.Sixthly, it has given the outlook. of safety assessment on Ro-Ro Passenger ship. |
