| This paper uses the technology of safety assessment to analyze and ascertain the factors which affecting the safety of Ro/Ro passenger ship, based on this, fuzzy mathematics is introduced to evaluate the safety of Ro/Ro passenger ship, at the same time, safety assessment software is compiled in this paper. In the process of identifying the five fatal dangerous resources which most affecting the safety of Ro/Ro passenger ship, event tree analysis is used. The main works and conclusions as follows:Firstly, using the way of systemic engineering to build up the safety assessment system of Ro/Ro passenger ship, and get the weights of each factor through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process).Secondly, using the C# computer language and SQL Sever 2000 database management system to compile the safety assessment software of Ro/Ro passenger ship, suggestion modules are added in this software which advancing the practicability of this software. Thirdly, the way of ETA (Event Tree Analysis) is used as the risk identification tool in this paper, and building up the event trees of the five fatal dangerous resources. Fourthly, abstracting the relevant event chains of the event tree. Fifthly, putting forward to the feasible and effective measures at the basis of the every event chains.The paper evaluates the Ro/Ro passenger ship from the transverse and lognitudinal. From the transverse results of the safety assessment software, we can know the differences of every Ro/Ro passenger ship, so different Ro/Ro passenger ship can learn and improve each other, through the later measures which abstracting from the event chains, every Ro/Ro passenger ship can find deficiencies through referring to the measures, which is beneficial to advance the safety level of the Ro/Ro passenger ship essentially. |
