For the difficulty of the acquisition of pulsation, a non-contact laser displacement sensor pulsation dynamic testing method are presented in this paperFor the requirements of the proposed firearms pulsation test system, according to the test environment, as well as signal characteristics, firearms pulsation test system are designed as a whole program.According to the overall program, having completed a high-speed data acquisition card PXI, non-contact displacement sensor and other related hardware selection, designed data acquisition system hardware platform. Using virtual Instrument Software LabWindows CVI 8.5 development environment, designed human-computer interaction interface, completed the entire data acquisition system design. Using the system has done a pre-test experiment, the laser displacement sensors were calibrated, and data collected were analyzed and processed. Analysis of the error and reliability of the entire system to verify the feasibility of the method.
