Because of its advantages of small size,simple operation and low cost,the weapon system equipped with a small rotor UAV as a platform in a complicated battlefield such as fighting in modern cities and fighting against terrorism cut a conspicuous figure.At present,most unmanned rotary weapon systems are equipped with active firearms currently in service,which also brings defects such as complex structure and redundant quality to such weapon systems.Therefore,in this article a dedicated six-rotor UAV gun is designed to make up for this gap.The design of the dedicated firearms,gun rack and other components of the program are completed in this paper,and through the ADAMS and MATLAB co-simulation the feasibility of the program is verified.(1)Based on the load and impact resistance of a six-rotor UAV,a dedicated firearm including inertia lockout with balancing machine,semi-automatic,automatic and insurance agencies is designed,which contain dedicated firearms,gun racks,buffer mechanisms and pitch mechanisms.(2)Taking ADAMS as the design platform,the virtual prototyping technology was used to model and launch the dynamics simulation of the six-rotor UAV.The movement characteristics of each mechanism and the whole gun are analyzed.The balancer quality and the cushion spring Stiffness is designed.(3)The finite element numerical simulation method is used to analyze the structural strength of the barrel and bolt from the view of statics,collision kinetics point Modal analysis of the whole weapon system is made.(4)The virtual prototype flight control system is established by means of co-simulation with ADAMS and MATLAB,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the shooting experiment of the existing six-rotor UAV equipped with the conventional gun.Then the joint design of the flight control of the weapon system of the designed six-rotor UAV equipped with special firearms is carried out to verify the feasibility of the weapon system.
