Construction Of Communicative Space In Residential Landscape Design

Currently, the planning model of "living area-living quarters-living tour" is widely used in residential planning.This planning model adapts to the rapid and large-scale development of residential areas. But, it also neglects the construction of communicative space. This directly leads to loss of traditional neighborhood interaction and affects the living quality. So it is of great practical significance to improve the residential outdoor environment.The center green space and green space between houses are important component of the residential outdoor environment.. Based on the venues, landscape sketch facilities, roads, landscape, planting and lighting plants, this article researches the landscape design method of communicative space of the center green space and green space between houses. The purposes is to construction a nice outdoor environment and promote neighborhood communication.Firstly, this article investigations on two residential areas through field observation, interviews and questionnaires and finds the defects of communicative space design..Secondly, This article studies the related theories, i.e., design of outdoor living areas, communication and space, and environmental psychology.Thirdly, This article analyzes influence factors of communicative space in residential landscape design by the design conditions, venue, landscape sketch facilities, roads, landscape, plant configuration and lighting.
