| The Maritime Search and Rescue (SAR) communication simulation system, as the most important part of the Maritime Search and Rescue (SAR) Simulator, is the communication simulation platform of maritime search and rescue simulator. The simulator is composed of Instructor operation station, Rescue Coordinate Center, Primary Ownship, Secondary Ownship and Helicopter Unit. The maritime search and rescue communication simulation system can simulate all kinds of communication equipments and the communication process used in the process of maritime SAR, and can guarantee the reality of simulation of maritime SAR.In this dissertation, the author combines the SAR communication model introduced in the master thesis named "Research on the Simulation and Model of China Maritime Search and Rescue(SAR) Communication System", wrote by Liu Hu in 2009, with the researches on maritime SAR stimulator, which introduces a more practical program on the distribution of software and hardware resources in order to implement the simulation system of Maritime SAR communication. This dissertation also implements the simulation of some significant devices which are used in the process of communication by writing and performing computer program on the basic of the GMDSS simulator.This dissertation mainly finishes the following research:1. Combine the SAR models introduced in the paper named "Research on the Simulation and Model of China Maritime Search and Rescue(SAR) Communication System" with the researches on maritime SAR stimulator, introduces a more practical program on the distribution of software and hardware resources in order to implement the simulation system of Maritime SAR communication.2. Introduce the implementation process of Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Information Display Terminal in detail.3. Finish the direct-dial phone's simulation and fax-machine's simulation of the Chinese Maritime SAR Center and improves the phone's function of recording and sounding of Maritime Search and Rescue Communication Simulation System. 4. Realize the function simulation of Emergency Position Identification Radar Beacon (EPIRB) and Search Aid Radar Transponder (SART), such as:warning and position-indicating. |
