Research On The Simulation And Model Of China Maritime Search And Rescue (SAR) Communication System

The Maritime Search and Rescue(SAR) Simulator is a complicate simulation system composed of Ship Handling Simulator,Engineer Simulator and GMDSS Simulator.It can be used in maritime SAR training and demonstration.It can also overcome the disadvantage of maritime SAR training in the real rehearsal,which consumes a great amount of human and material recourses but provides limited training chances.Because the current GMDSS Simulator has only part functions of RCC and land station,it can hardly meet the requirement of SAR communication training.Based on the investigation of the workflow of maritime SAR system in China,the thesis presents the models of the Chinese maritime SAR communication.The constructing scheme of maritime SAR communication simulation system was then proposed to settle down the communicating problems of maritime SAR simulator based on the analysis of Chinese maritime SAR communication models and GMDSS simulator.This scheme was supposed to meet the requirement of maritime SAR communication training and also to enhance the training outcome of maritime SAR simulation system.The main works in the thesis can be summarized as following:1.The process of maritime SAR was summarized comprehensively and four communication models were abstracted in terms of early warning,distress warning, SAR coordination and occational SAR.2.Based on the four models,GMDSS simulator and maritime SAR simulator,the constructing scheme of maritime SAR communication simulation system were proposed with the construction of maritime SAR communication simulation system, communication platform,frame network,layout and communication,etc being taken into account.The workflow of the proposed system was also discussed in detail.3.With the example of the salvage in the fire occurred on MV "LiaoHai",the feasibility of maritime SAR communication simulation system has been verified.4.Finally,through program scripting,the author tried to put the proposal as improving the communication platform of maritime SAR communication simulation system into practice.The function of the telephone and email in the public communication network was also realized with programming. ##本文无英文摘要内容...
