The Electric Power Parameters Detector plays an important role as a key component of the power plant system and is also an important means in ensuring power quality of the power plant system. With the power quality requirements of the power plant system for the weapons and equipment becoming increasingly accurate, and the environment of using becoming increasingly harsh and complex, the development of functional electrical power parameter detector, to enabling detailed record of each power parameter during operating, detecting power quality, the quality of the user power, ensuring power plants safe and stable operation is of great significance.Project is based on the current company-frequency, intermediate frequency, dual-frequency generator sets and power station auxiliary defense system the use of weapons and equipment in the existing power parameter detector, based on the combination of product characteristics proposed by the Task Force and set up a project . Items from the theory, algorithms, shape, technology and other areas have carried out innovation, designed to meet the complex and harsh environment load power station automatic detection needs.Market, the actual use of a variety of electrical parameters of detector, or good performance but the price is expensive for the average user can not afford, it is difficult to promote; or inexpensive, but single function can not be fully and accurately grasp the power supply parameters. Due to the special nature of military products, therefore, it is necessary to develop a functional, environmental suitability is good, testing, high precision, suitable for the promotion of the electric parameters detector.Papers from the hardware design, software design, etc., introduced to TMS320F2812 DSP core power parameter test instrument research and development of a number of results, the main contents include: fully integrated TMS320F2812 characteristics of the signal sampling, data analysis, human-machine interfaces, and communications module function design and implementation of hardware and software; the use of 16-bit high-precision ADS8365 analog-digital conversion chip power sampling measurement; discussed the frequency, voltage and current rms, power, and electric power and other parameters of the measurement principle; by high-performance DSP chip the handling of data processing capabilities, combined with FFT algorithm operation; and through the LCD screen display three-phase voltage rms, three-phase current RMS, apparent power, effective power and other basic parameters, the final adoption of the device with the standard comparison of experimental apparatus analyzed the causes of errors and made suggestions for improvement.The results show that the electrical parameters of the designed detector has a certain measurement speed and measurement accuracy, man-machine interface is friendly, easy to operate, full-featured, scalable and can basically meet the requirements for monitoring power parameters, with a very broad application prospect and practical value.
