Rectification by drawing out soil method is common rectification method in buildings.According to the published technical literature,it is known that although some research has been carried out at home and abroad and some achievements have been achieved,the focus of research on the rectification technology of buildings is more focused on the excavation correction engineering of the original ground based buildings,while the research on the excavation correction technology is less for the gray soil cushion.In actual engineering,due to the construction conditions,engineering cost and structural characteristics,the technical proposal of using lime soil cushion to correct soil deviation is better.The engineers and technicians can only use the experience of excavating the soil from the original soil to do the analogy in the design.Therefore,there is not a set of more perfect lime soil cushion to use the key parameters of rectifying technology to guide the engineering application.This paper is based on the excavation correction project of a 6 storeys brick and concrete structure building in Zhangjiakou.At the same time,ABAQUS is used to set up the finite element model for the finite element analysis.By means of control variable method and summary inductive method,the influence factors of the excavation deviation are discussed.,and the law of settlement and change of soil in the lime soil cushion is summarized.:(1)According to the relevant literatures,the test scheme of the digging test is determined;According to the test scheme,1:9,2:8,3:7 lime soil specimens are dug by stages,and statistical settlement;Based on the test results,the influence of soil ratio,pore spacing and distance between holes on the rectification effect of buildings is analyzed,and the key parameters of the technique of cutting the soil in the lime soil cushion are obtained.(2)Combined with the project case,the ABAQUS finite element model is established and calculated.According to the calculation results,the law of the settlement change of different lime soil cushion in the process of soil excavation is analyzed.(3)The project example is introduced in detail through the present situation,geological condition,inclination reason,design and construction of the residence.Finally,the research results and shortcomings of the full text are summarized. |
