Study On The Highway Pavement Evenness Control Methods

With the fast development of our national economy,highway traffic flow and our national highway mileage is sharply increasing.At the same times,highway grades are gradually transitted from low to high.Therefore,the road must be met a higher quality requirements.Besides it has the fuction of stability,easement,stabilization,waterproofing, durability and other basic requirements,and it must also have a high standard of pavement evenness and anti-slide pile.Pavement evenness is one of the two major highway pavement usability.It is an important factor affecting safety and comfort,when driving at high speed. The pavement evenness is reflected the grading-evenness and the structural sheet-evenness, and if the construction is completed,pavement evenness has been very difficult to make up and improve.Therefore,it is very necessary to carefully analys the factors affecting highway pavement,and to enhance the technical measures to improve the pavement evenness.A systematic and in-depth research on the construction of highway pavement evenness control methods is proceed in this peper.There are many factors which can influence the highway pavement evenness,summed up,the main two factors are the construction factors and non-construction factors.We main stadied at the grey theory controlling measures and probability distribution theory controlling measures in the reseach of pavement evenness construction control.This paper also proposes a process to improve the pavement evenness control measures.This article establishes model using probability distribution,studies construction control of pavement evenness and has a directing function in construction pavement evenness control. Gray system theory is a new way of thinking and methods about the quality management and control.Through engineering example,this paper elaborates modeling mechanism and the application of grey theory,and gets precise consequence,for example,the model's c=0.22＜0.35,and p=1＞0.95,this consequence is very precise.The precise consequence expian that model which is established has met the leavl of model's requirements.So the construction of highway pavement evenness control methods can be a reference for the construction enterprises.
