Urban open space is known as the city's "living room" ,and it is an important part of city. With economic development, expanding the size of the cities, urban open space receives increasing attentions, not only an increase in the number, quality, scale , and the quality of open space in the measure of a city has gradually become an important condition for the survival of the environment.Due to the continuous development of urban construction today, the expansion of urban popularity and the massive influx of floating population, the function of urban open-space-oriented information system, has become increasingly important. Logo has been driven not only just a logo specified in the direction of licensing, but also has gradually developed into a complete city open space essential to the matching system. Based on the situation, people were forced to re-examine the design-oriented system.This article describes the city's open-space components and functional characteristics, and promotes the definition of urban open-space-oriented information system, and elaborates its emergence, development and social significance of important value, as well as the defects of China's urban open space-oriented information system, and from design-oriented four main areas: the symbols, colors, materials, setting up to carry out a detailed analysis of anatomy. Of which from the habit of Chinese people starting their own aesthetic, combined with characteristics of Chinese culture, symbols, colors, materials and specific environmental features, insert the design concept of the cultural characteristics innovative: import elements of visual recognition, collection of human characteristics , regional architectural features and open space acquisition and other geographical characteristics. Other issues, such as functional, systematic, standardized, user-friendly, are the solution to the problem open space. At last thesis presents the design of cultural theory through the intentionality of the design verification paper, then work out the conclusion that urban open space-oriented information system should be mainly based on the diversity of visual, auditory, tactile added for the design, and uses the multimedia digital advanced technology and equipment for people to build a perfect, comfortable, no lost open space recreation.
