The Research Of Parameter Assistant Design System Of Welding Jig

Welding jig is the main equipment for automobile production, it directly affects the scale and the product quality of production. With the development of economy,the kind and quantity of the antomobile is increasing, the updating speed of autoproducts will be quicker than before ,so the competition of automarket will become more drastic. For this sake,it becomes very important to decrease the cost and designing period of welding jig.In this paper, the development of CAD technique and the process of manufacture of welding jig has been briefly stated. Make research in three ways aim at the demand above, First of all, a large amount of partis standardized and thereon the 3D standard part databank is developed by UG it can improve designing efficiency and decreas eproductioncost; at the second, analyze interference and deal with it by parametric methods under UG and ADAMS software, the jig's interference that affects jig assembly can be eliminated.
