The spoke single-layer cable structure is a self-balanced force system consisting of a radial cable,a central tension ring and a peripheral pressure ring,which can fully exert the force characteristics of the high-strength cable.The structure has light weight and can span a large span.It is very suitable forthe stadium building roof.The structure usually uses fixed-length cables to simplify the prestressed construction process.However,it is difficult to adjust the various types of errors that exist in the cable structure from design to production and installation.This may cause deviations between the initial pre-stressed state and the design form,which may affect the safety performance of the structure.This paper studies the effect of manufacture and installation error on the prestress state of the spoke single-layer spoke cable structure.Based on this,the appropriate error limit of the performance index is given,which can be used for reference in the design and construction of similar structures.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the characteristics of the spoke single-layer cable structure,this paper proposes a form-finding analysis method of this kind of structure that can be directly operated in ANSYS and taking into account the cooperation of the support system.The basic principles and calculation steps of this method are introduced in detail.Given the conditions of the plane configuration of the spoke single-layer cable structure and the spatial configuration of the ear plate of the ring beam,the method can conveniently and quickly obtain the initial pre-stressed state.The validity of the method is verified by the form finding analysis of a spoke single-layer cable structure in a stadium in Suzhou Industrial Park.Secondly,taking the spoke single-layer cable structure of the Suzhou Industrial Park Stadium as an example,using the Latin hypercube Monte Carlo method,the influences of cable length error,section stiffness error and installation configuration error of ring beam on the performance of the initial pre-stressed cable tension,inner loop cable configuration,and ring beam stress were calculated.Analyzing the sensitivity of deviations of performance indicators for various types of errors,and giving the recommended control range of performance indicators based on probability statistics.Thirdly,based on the response surface method and the first-order second moment method,a method of quickly calculating the influence of error on the single-layer spoke cable structure is proposed.The basic principle and calculation steps of the method are introduced in detail.The method can solve three kinds of problems,such as the control range of the structural performance index,the probability of exceeding the control range of the performance index,and the installation error control range.This method is applied to the structural error analysis of single-layer spoke cables of Su-body.Compared with Monte-Carlo method,this method can save at least 50% of computation while guaranteeing the accuracy of the solution,and verifies the effectiveness of the method.
