Due to the harsh processing conditions of the piston,the precision design of the guide rail system in the machining of machine tools increasingly affects the processing quality of high-precision products,and its final processing quality will affect the performance of the engine.In this paper,the servo tool holder composed of a three-rail system is taken as the research object,and the formation mechanism of the high rigidity guide system under over-constraint conditions is studied.Try to use the static error analysis theory and and method,the three-rail is studied based on the principle of homogeneous transformation Basic law of posture error transfer;using Hertz contact theory to study the mapping relationship between the rolling pair and the kinematic pair,quantitative analysis of the straightening error of the guide rail and the tool holder motion table through a specific mathematical model;based on the tool holder motion Analysis,the precision compensation design of the principle of the servo control of the tool post is carried out in order to achieve high precision control,the main work results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the tool post system of the piston cylindrical machining machine tool,this paper adopts the main and auxiliary three-rail structure to analyze the spatial error problem,based on the principle of homogeneous transformation and taking the base coordinate system as the benchmark,the spatial error transmission rule under the three-rail system is derived Model and gives a general analysis method.(2)Research on the accuracy equalization of the rolling pair,used the error transmission of the guide rail and tried to use the Hertz contact theory,derived the transfer relationship between force and deformation,according to the spatial positional relationship of the three guide rail system,combined with the error transmission law,analyzed the rolling The mapping relationship between the vice and the sports pair quantitatively analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of the sports pair by establishing a specific mathematical model,and can quantitatively guide the process of accuracy design in the accuracy design of the machine tool according to the results.(3)The accuracy compensation strategy of the tool holder motion control is proposed,the preliminary structure of the position closed-loop system is established,and the accuracy compensation strategy is simulated and verified by MATLAB.The result confirms that the tool holder system of the high rigidity main and auxiliary guide rail structure has high precision for the external cylindrical machining of the piston Compensation characteristics.(4)Finally,through experiments,the accuracy of the three-rail system and the accuracy of the accuracy compensation method and the superiority of the high-rigidity rail system were effectively verified.The experiment of machining the piston in the rail system after accuracy compensation overcomes the The problem of large processing error range makes the tool holder machining accuracy and application scope further expand.
