As the development of the AC motor control technology, they are widely used in the areas of industry and civilian applications. People try to make induction motor vector control system with all-digital control, high-performance, and high precision and high stability. One of the topics which people concern most is that how to find a balance between the cost of the system and the performance of the motor control system. The technology of high-performance vector control system based on SVPWM is really advanced, particularly by its high DC voltage utilization;The Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and the Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) enhance the capability of digital-control and math computing. The two kinds of microcontrollers have their own characteristics and advantages. We can use the microcontrollers such as DSP or FPGA chips to actualize the vector control based on SVPWM, so how to select a suitable and cost-effective microcontroller chip to actualize what we want, it's really matter that troubled engenderers. It's discussed in Chapter 1.The thesis describes the strategy of vector control of asynchronous motor based on SVPWM and made the simulation with Matlab in Chapter 2.Then the Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 describe the design of the system based on IRMCK201 and TMS320F2808 respectively. As the precise parameters of AC motor are needed to achieve the vector control, the paper also discussed the parameter identification theory.
