Power Electronics and Power D-ives is a very useful subject, and it is closely intertwined with the actual production process. With the development of science and technology, the subject is also developing rapidly. Facing a variety of complex systems, it is not only plays an integral role in the traditional industry but also plays an irreplaceable role in the complex structure parameter range and large-scale production of industrial process.This article describes the vector control system’s composition and working principle, analyse the various parameters on the induction motor rotor flux observer impact, and the motor parameter identification is necessary; At the same time, based on the model of the motor parameter identification established, an induction motor parameter identification process based on variable frequency drive power is introduced, The method based on voltage and current data which are measured by Siemens inverter, the motor parameters are identified, and the establishment of a model with SPWM simulation system, which identifies the various parameters of induction motor, and obtained recognition has consistent result with the actual situation, it can learn in practical engineering. The above results are applied to identify the parameters of induction motor vector control simulation system, and the load simulation experiment results show that the system has good dynamic performance.At the same time, this paper model reference adaptive (MRAS) method for parameter identification of induction motors online research, and deduced the state of the adaptive control system error equation. And designed based on Lyapunov stability theory, the time constant of the rotor as a function of the adaptive law, calculate the induction motor rotor time constant by online identification algorithm. This model as a reference model to construct the rotor time constant is changed controllable model with an adjustable model, while using Matlab/Simulink software, its step response and tracking performance of the simulation results showed that:the parameter identification algorithm has a better convergence speed and tracking performance, and can accurately track real time changes in the rotor time constant.Finally, the data is real-time monitored by using the Siemens SINAMICS S120drive STARTER software, the results of the above actual test identification algorithm data show that the actual requirement of the scene has some value in use.
