With the development of power electronics and AC variable speed technology ,Asynchronous motor vector control technology has gradually matured , and get a goodstatic and dynamic performance . In recent years, the speed sensor-less technology hasbecome a hotspot , especially the speed sensor-less in the product realization ofhigh-performance vector control system has attracted attention . This thesis mainlyintroduces the Realization of Asynchronous Motor Control System Based onTMS320F2808, and use the design of the experimental platform to have a in-depth analysisand study of the inverter .This thesis is analyzed on the basis of the mathematical model of asynchronous motorsbased on rotor magnetic field orientation of induction motor vector control system , andusing the SVPWM and MARS asynchronous motor speed sensor-less vector control . Andthen , set up the speed sensor-less vector control system hardware experimental platformand TI’s TMS320F2808 used as the control core , the main circuit Mitsubishi IntelligentPower Module PS21865.Details of the control system of the main circuit and control circuitdesign , including the rectifier circuit , filter circuit , inverter circuit , sensing circuit ,protection circuits , isolation circuits and so on ; In order to improve the accuracy of systemcontrol , stability and fast , and implementation the High performance closed loop control ,this system of The current testing uses a high-precision closed-loop Hall current sensor todetect , the voltage detected by the method is relatively simple resistor divider method fordetection ; and circuit parameters of each component to make a detailed analysis andcalculation . The design of the system hardware circuit for asynchronous motor controlsystem software design and implementation provides a good hardware platform .Finally , use the no-load experiment and the locked rotor test to achieve the Offline parameter identification of induction motor , and completed the phase current , dead time ,SVPWM experiment , analysis of experimental results , we can see the design of thissystem has a good static and dynamic performance .
